Dear ((((((((Lablover))))))))
I think we all feel like that at times; I know that when I'm in really chronic pain with fibromyalgia and the frozen shoulder, the smallest things irritate me and out cometh the cranky one to let everyone know shes there but not happy.
I always apologise and it passes quickly because my man is a god & an instant forgiver because he knows it is the pain talking and not me.
I've had frozen shoulder along with fibromyaliga playing up for weeks now hitting me hard and I've been getting about 3hrs sleep a night and being a zombie during the day because of that and the pain medications.
Be a little easier on yourself; at least even though you think of saying mean things, you don't actually do it on a large scale. Each time you feel like telling a mean joke or saying mean things, take a huge deep breath and just let it go. It's not much of a solution but it can be really effective,
Loving thoughts,
Rhian
