Hi,
If you had these night terrors when you were young, there must be a reason for them. In children, night terrors are usually caused by food allergies. Unstable family life is another cause as young children are terrified of being abandonned by their parents. The loss of, or neglect by a mother is especially harmful and often leads to criminal behaviour misplaced loyalties.
If you're taking any medicines, especially tranquilisers or anty depressants, you need very sstrong, violent and vivid dreams to wake you up in the morning. It is usually the waking dreams you remember, and they set the mood of the day.
If you're prescribed any medicines, have a talk with the doctor about your dreams.
Thanks for this!
