Hugs back at ya Nuc. I am so glad you are doing well these days. Your self care is an inspiration. I was feeling a little off balance tonight after a relatively level day comparatively. I took your lead and focused on some quality self care and managed to level things off again. I will make a first attempt at sleep pretty soon but like you I like hangin out here.
