They sure can be clever some times in getting a hold of things. I would call the vet for any suggestions. I know when my Beagle got a hold of a large drumstick bone, the vet recommended castor oil to help ease it through her system. It worked, no signs of perforation and came out fine. I don't remember how much he said to give her though.
