Hello Friends,
I'm confused as to what I am, exactly. I was diagnosed with Bipolar disorder in 1997 and I thought that was all there was to it. But I've since learned that there are two types. I STAY depressed all the time, but I can recall maybe 2 episodes of mania. I think that I am Bipolar 2, more on the depressive side, but I was told that I am Bipolar I because of the mania episodes. Could someone that knows something please clear this up for me? My Sissypoo is Bipolar I, but she has alot of manic episodes and I don't. If someone truly knows the answer, would you please give it to me? By the way, if you find my head would you kindly return that to me also??? I have definitely lost my head and it's futile for me to look!
