For one thing, i cant get to sleep, its 2:15, and i have to be up by 7. Usually id just stat up and not sleep at all... but i havent been getting much lately. my day tomorrow is packed. My meds are supposed to make me sleepy, that's why i take them at night, but they definitely don't. i take melatonin and stuff too, but that doesnt help either. ive asked for something else to help with getting to sleep, but my parents/doctors are being stubborn about it for reasons i dont understand.

what do you use to get to sleep (meds or otherwise)?

if im going to be asleep for 1/3 of my life, id like to have it not be so troublesome.. ive had to deal with hypersomnia as well, which interferes just as much with life.

also, ive been having awfully confusing dreams, and they are unsettling, but usually i cant remember why. they just leave me with a bad, scary feeling the next day even if i dont recall the dream.

anyway, i suppose im rambling out of boredom. depo making me siiiick
