I understand the vision changes must be very scary. We need our eyes so badly. I had a problem with one eye a few months ago - there was this long black tube like thing at the top of my vision. When I looked to the side there was flashes like lightening. I was very scared. Luckily it wasn't a detached retina like I feared, but was a new floater that was dislodged from the back of my eye. This happens when you're older.
What are the standard tests for diagnosing MS?? I know they do neurological tests. Is there a blood test? BTW - have you had your vitamin D levels checked? I remember hearing several yrs ago, that a vit. D deficiency was suspected of causing MS. It's strange how some countries in the hot climate regions, don't get MS - so that's a clue I think. Keep us posted and you're in my prayers.
