what do you use to get to sleep (meds or otherwise)?

if im going to be asleep for 1/3 of my life, id like to have it not be so troublesome.. ive had to deal with hypersomnia as well, which interferes just as much with life.

also, ive been having awfully confusing dreams, and they are unsettling, but usually i cant remember why. they just leave me with a bad, scary feeling the next day even if i dont recall the dream.

anyway, i suppose im rambling out of boredom. depo making me siiiick
Hi,
It is the medicines that screw up your sleep. They work for a few weeks and then your system gets used to them. Many sleep medicines and tranquilisers interfere with the electro-magnetik balance of the brain. It results in either too much noise in the brain or an impeded reception of body signals. However once you are hooked on them it is difficult to kick the habit.

The unpleasant side effect of many sleep medicines is that you need more and more vivid dreams to wake you up or change your sleeping positions.
