I hate changing meds, between side effects of new ones, and my brain adjusting to the old ones going... its always a bit rocky for a bit. one day great, another the next a pit of depression beyond belief then fine again...
I think of it as the drugs doing battle with my head before they come to a mutual agreement...
Tapering drugs good, not tapering REALLY bad (I've been a bit non-compliant at times!)
