This has been very unfair on you. I honestly think you have a fear that sex will somehow make you feel less than you are. Please know you are a wonderful person who is allowed to make her own choices.

Some girls who experiment or try lesbianism are captivated and are happy with it; it doesn't mean they are lesbian or that they will be for life. But what I think has happened here is that your ex-gf's reaction to you being honest with her has affected you much more deeply than you realise and now just the thought of it scares you.

Being insulted like that by someone you love would have a terrible affect on you.
I think you need to have some therapy for this so that you can work your way through it and find the reasons for it all in your own time and in your own headspace.
