do you have a community mental health agency in the city where you live? you can go there and ask to see someone with whom you can bring your concerns and ask them to direct you to a therapist and psychiatrist should you need medication. Usually services can be on a sliding fee scale, which just means you pay what you can with the income you have. If you have medicaid, usually appointments are paid for.
