What a wonderful idea.....I think this would be great as it would expand our thoughts to more & more different positive affirmations. I remember having a group therapy while in the hospital once that worked on this. I even bought many post cards that had positive affirmations on them to post them around my room so that I would constantly be reminded.....definitely a great idea to share in a chat.

Only time I'm not available is all day Sundays or Tuesdays & of course, Thursday night. Like JD, I am terrible with schedules & have a tendency to forget when things are going on even with my calendar & date book that I keep with me at all times. Sometimes I think that mornings are the best time because I don't get involved in anything first that distracts me or that I get involved with before the thing that I want to do.....but sometimes I tend to oversleep which can be a problem when I am really exhausted.....but mostly, I try to put everything in my calendar book & try to look at it daily to know what I have to do that day.

What ever works best for everyone else, I will try to work it into my schedule.....I think this is a wonderful idea for all of us here at PC. Thank you for suggesting the idea & offering to lead the chat

Maybe this would be a nice slow chat for you to start out with. A chat group is much nicer to be a part of than the public chats where everyone comes & goes & comes & goes & it just gets crazy. Starting out with the few people on the ground floor of an organized chat group is much less stressful & everyone is so very helpful it becomes like a little family as we get to know each other. When more people join in, the family grows a little, but the same comfortable feeling with the core group of people always exists. It's a real great way of starting to get comfortable in chat.....actually, it's the only chat's I feel comfortable in even after 5 years of trying to feel ok with going into chat......hope you might give it at least a try to see if you might feel comfortable in a nice small safe group......
