If the blurriness in vision is linked to brain injury, the blur occurs in the opposite eye as the rest of physical symptoms. ie; the pinched nerve in your shoulder

I'd certainly say it's worth mentioning to the doctor. Preferably an eye doctor, who can do tests to determine where the trouble is & can then decide where to go from there.
