For the past two weeks, I have been having a hard time falling asleep or staying asleep. I usually i have no problem with either. I've tired working out before going to bed, reading, cleaning, watching TV, listening to calm/soothing music. Yet i don't fall asleep till about 2 or 3am. I have a little one so my sleep is very important since we are up by 7 or 7:30 am. Than I have to go the entire day with hardly any sleep. I've taken little naps, but that just seems to keep me up even later. I really miss my pillow , so i was hoping someone had some different (non-medicated) tricks that i can try to help me sleep.
