Hugs!

Try not to not like yourself; hate the illness, not yourself. I get the same way, feeling like I should be stronger and fight the thoughts, but I chicken out and it's lead to a lot of my life being wasted. Countless hours and minutes wasted.
Try to get in the habit of stopping that voice telling you what a bad person you are or that you're not strong enough. The negativity only harms you more. It's hard to not do it, when it becomes such a habit, but it can be broken.
