I want to thank everyone who has responded to my posts. For a few days it seemed I had everything under control and then it started back up full speed ahead. It is just making me so frustrated. It even interrupts my sleep, the thoughts and everything. I know they are all part of ocd and add. I am just having a hard time lately.
