You're doing really well Nuc, don't let this moron get the better of you. And another thing I would do is if he came as a day labourer from an agency, call the agency and tell them the whole story. You may be able to stop him from being able to target others with a disability.

You don't have his stuff there any longer do you? He was never a tenant and he didn't give you money; on top of that you have this whole journal logging the events and how he has been acting. It is a legal journal which can be used to support your claim that he has been drugging and using your home as a place for crack use.
