Anxiety is up today and I pace. My "frozen shoulder" did not respond to physical therapy so next week its off to an orthopedic surgeon who will knock me out and twist it into shape and stick a pin in it. The PT therapist gave me quite the visual as to what would be done.
So I could not sleep last night. Can't move arm and am agitated.
Scared to be operated on. Do not like the whole idea (who does). Just unsettled. Meds---xanax--not working.
Anyone been through this? What happens? Is it a short rehab???????
