My daughter is nine and I would of said no way however, a friend of ours has a daughter one year older than mine and she is extreamly mature for her age she has also started her period. If she was my daughter I would allow it.

I guess I am saying it depends on the maturity of the child ie if she is old enough for it to bother her then she is old enough to shave.

I would buy her an electric lady shaver and show her how to use it. Or Immac and wash it off with a flannel either or.
