I've only had two doses of the 50 mg Topomax which is double what I was taking. And I have felt like a zombie all day. I know I gotta give this time to adjust though. But it feels awful.Just so sleepy and unable to express anything. Not a nice feeling . I slept most of the day so far. I hate taking more meds ugh. Thanks for listening to my little rant again .
