I've been wanting to share something with my friends here. I haven't been around as much. Because this is really hard.
I'm a survivor of r*tual ab*se. I'm really scared that I'll be kicked out. Rejected or not believed. I feel really alone right now.
The fall time is our most vulnerable. Because of all the triggers.
I wanted to share it here. Where I feel safe.

I don't know what else to say right now. Just feeling scared.
