There are many solutions to the chatter but some things don't work for every one. Some report positive effects of white noise machines. I find it very annoying lol. Also try getting involved in an activity that you enjoy. This makes you concentrate on the activity at hand and that can quiet the noise. Have you considered medication? That will help tremendously!
