I have an awful memory too sitting here sometimes trying to remember a word makes me so frustrated and I can feel it on the tip of my tongue but it won't make an appearance. Nothing I can do about it though...Mine is to do with epilepsy and depression and at times anxiety...
I agree with Byz seeing the doc and getting some tests done is the ideal thing that way if there is anything that can be corrected, it can be done and got out of the way,
