hey, i have simialar pains. everytime i got my period i was in soo much pain that i couldnt move. then i got the implant to try and fix things and for the first month or so it helped i had no periods and no pains but after that month the pains started coming back even though i dont get a period. i went an saw my doctor who referred me to a gynecologist an because ive tried so many things she suggested an operation to have a laproscope done to see what is causing the pain. so im having that done on the 3rd of aug.. im not saying u will need the same thing but maybe ask ur doctor.. OR ive even been told by a close friend who was very similar to me an my pains that she got that thing called MIRENA and its helped her heaps and she hasnt had any pains at all... hope it helps
