
Don't think about it. Stop thinking all about it. Once you have the intake paperwork, and then have the date to go, just pack and go. Work very hard at not dreading what you "might" find, or comparing it ahead of time in your mind, or anything connected to it. It's something else you're doing to progress in your healing.
