I need some help.
I've tried every drug but anti-depressants. The drugs are always awesome the first day and past that, stink. I recently started eating more veggies and raw foods, and now, the affects of adderall are absolutely NOT worth the little benefit I could get from it. I have NEVER been so IRRITATED and ANGRY for no reason before! If eating healthy means my medications are less effective, they are not worth it.
I need an alternative way to handle my ADHD. My college degree depends on it! Any advice?
