I'll bet those emails are non-answerable.. and someone needs to update their electronics !!! Sears repair does the same thing: tells you the serviceman will be there either between 8am and noon or 1 till 4pm... but they don't even GET to their pickup site for addresses, and their trucks, till 8am! And they operate out of an area that could be 4hours "long"!!! grrrrr and I don't DO mornings! Sometimes this electronic life is not helpful like it was meant to be!

Is it the same driver all the time? Maybe make an agreement with him? Can he call you before he comes out, just so there's another connection? good wishes, dexter, we often have to fight for what we know we need!
