welcome serafimetal. have you used any other online sites for DID since you've been dx'd since 2002? sorry to read that this year has been so challenging for you. hope you're able to find what you need here.

the variety of ppl participating in this forum helps keep things moving along. in addition to ppl with DID with littles there are also ppl with DID who do not have littles, there are DIDers with huge inner families and also some with less than three, there are DD ppl who face many issues with dissociation but not to the degree of DID....................so you can see there is room for many aspects of dissociation to be discussed here. the range of the dissociative spectrum is huge.

read for a while if responding doesn't yet feel right.......or PM ppl (private message) and ease in gently.

however you go about it............welcome and hope that you create what you need here if you're not able to find it. this forum is only as strong and safe as the participants involved. a quick review of the archives will show how this forum has evolved in the past year and how the participants have dealt with their own issues as well as forum issues that arose.
