Are you sure that continuing to live by yourself isn't an option? There are Home Health Aides that could visit daily and help.
In my opinion, having independence is much more empowering and healing than living under the hands of another person. Even if that person has the best intention, human beings have a tendency to resist and give up under control. That is a well-known fact nowadays, which is one reason why doctors want us to get home asap.
Your parents tendency to control you makes me think that you'd give up much quicker. That's just not a healthy situation.
Call the county and see if you can get their support to help you through. Hugs to you!
