I agree with Rhiannon we do the same thing when there is an issue that is effecting all of us. I call a meeting to discuss the issue and allow everyone to have their own views and feelings heard. We try to come to a solution that meets everyones needs but definetly communication is the key. I also suggest to the others inside here that they write down their concerns that way nothing gets forgotton and if they do not feel able to voice it themselves they can give the peice of paper so they are still heard.
