If I were you Hippie I'd give that physical therapist a wide berth...the GP will usually always try shots before sending you to a surgeon...Unless you are completely frozen and cannot move at all..in that case I am unsure as to whether the choice action is shots or surgery...Good luck with it and let us know how you go....
