Yes, I would definitely share your dream with your therapist. It does sound, to me, like it has to do with your accident. I have a couple of times had dreams where I was helpless. I hate feeling helpless more than anything else in the world. When I feel that way I get angry and that emotional energy often gets me out of my helpless state of mind. I had a dream once where I was in an airplane and it tipped and everything fell to one side, including me, and things were falling, helter skelter on top of me, etc. and there was nothing I could do about it and I felt very angry (just wanted it to STOP! :-)

If there's nothing we can do, we have to accept that but it's very very hard. Sitting with everything we feel and just "allowing" it is often one of the tasks of therapy.
