big snake in the garden tonight...wife went bonkers and wanted me to kill it....I just grabbed him by the tail and took him/her into the woods behind our house...big fatlong garter snake....took a good bite on my left leg but I still let it go....all of God's creatures have a place and purpose...

Currently 90+ here in NH- living on Flavor-Ice since neck surgery in April( on 80's then)- addiction without repercussions- except to the waist!

Snake- there was a reason it was banished from the garden- I want it banished from my state!

My own rambling- I am playing lawyer( pro-se) for both bankruptcy and custody ; I am 3 months post-op for surgery; I have doctors appointments 4 out of five days a week; - I have to keep track of when my HUSBAND needs his medication refilled! ( he works 38 hr/wk)- how is it that with a bad neck, one arm and a household to run- and the one who has spent more time in a psych ward in the last 4 years than out- yet I am the one learning a new language- "legal-eeze" and still keping him together because his ADD prevents him from being a functioning human as to details of day to day lives???
