I've been so tired lately. My sleep seems to have been ok for the last 2 weeks. 7 hours a night or so. Can't argue with that. But I still have these dark circles under my eyes and feel exhausted during the day. I'm thinking maybe I need to go back to taking a one-a-day vitamin. Has anyone else found this to have helped them? I hear the b vitamins and certain minerals really aid in sleep.
Last night I only got 4 hours, though. Some guys across the street decided to start yelling endless profanities at each other at 3am and then broke out into a fight. I laid there wondering when I should call the cops. Found the whole thing triggering. I hate that kind of anger/violence -- had it at home as a kid on occasion, so no way I could go back to sleep.
They all finally got quiet at 4am. Got up, made tea and decided to study. Maybe sleep is overated.
