Talking to T is a joint thing; sometimes we reveal more of ourselves and sometimes less. Sometimes like Jexa says, T's have more insightful days, sometimes less. It's an ebb and flow and in there too is our greater or lesser understanding of the larger picture. We might think they're missing the mark, only to realize a few sessions later they were right on or, we might feel they were right on, only to find it doesn't feel as important a few sessions later.
