I've been in a similar situation myself for a little while. I never had the courage to tell her about it though. I could rant about it for awhile but I won't
Tell her not to feel bad, and then maybe you won't feel bad. Have you told her any of the things you've mentioned here? If you have, then just wait. I'm sure things will go back to normal very soon.
