Once every 10 days can definately be enough if you two truely care about each other... and it sounds like you certainly do. I can completely understand that you're scared because of what happened before. That's only natural. If you persue this relationship, take things at a pace that you're comfortable with. From what you've said about this guy, he'll be more than ok with you needing time. All in all, he sounds like a winner. Congratulations. I wish you the best.
