Like what damaged soul said, it helps playing games or doing somthing that gives your brain a workout, like homework, puzzles, chess, Reading, crossword puzzles? Depends on what you like, but alot of my friend do this and it worked every time 100% to help them fall asleep faster, and stay asleep.
