Thank you for posting and letting us know how you are doing. I am sorry things are so hard right now. But I do understand and know how those very thoughts can fill you and take your breath away before you even know it. I am so glad that you could reach out and ask for the support you need.

Sometimes it is during these rough times that we grow if we are able to listen to what those within have to say and then allow ourselves to work together with those within. What they did for us is stand in for us when we were unable to stand and they did a great job to keep us going when it seemed that we could not or would not be able to go another step.

For us, I trust my system to only give me what they know I can handle and when I cannot take anymore they also know that. Accepting those memories is not easy especially when getting them for the first time. Sometimes when memories come we want to run and hide from it all. It is so hard to face and I validate how you are feeling.
