Hello Ebpm, do you have other coping stratergies you can use instead? I see from your profile that you like music. Put some headphones on and distract yourself from wanting to cut. It's ok to have feelings and you don't need to dampen them down with a blade.

I also recommend you get to see your GP or talk with a counsellor at school about how you are feeling. You don't need to hide it, much better to get help, you are not alone.
