It's understandable that you might not know exactly what causes you suffering. Think of going to see a doctor for a physical illness - you usually just explain your symptoms, right? They doesn't expect you to have all the answers immediately available to you. The thing about therapy is that you MAY have the answers but they might only make sense *after* you explore the symptoms in therapy.
You could tell her what you started saying here: "I've been having trouble this week but I'm not sure why.." for a place to start - and from there the T may guide you into explaining at what times you felt miserable and such.
