I looked through all the forums and I couldn't find the right one that could help with my concerns so here I am and I hope there is someone out there that can relate or simply listen.

I'm a recent graduate with a BA in Social Work. I recently got a job offer to work for a market researching company that provides a variety of computer generated surveys. It's great pay for a newly graduate like myself.

My stress comes to my lack of confidence and not being able to meet the expectation of this company. With this economy any employment is great but I still want to go into a job having some confidence that I'll be able to do my job. With this company I was able to impress them and gain confidence that I'll be able to accomplish the task. I didn't even think I did all that well during the interview. I got the offer the very same day and now I am so scared.

I want to take the offer but at the same time I don't want to become a failure. How do I move forward and face such a challenge.
