I sent 6 yesterday because of my flashback and just said "This is just be getting poison out of my system. Thank you for the ears and shoulder" and then I let it rip!!! It is SOOOOO cathardic for me because at least I know T HAS my "junk" and I somehow feal so much safer with that.
