yes anneversarys get me too. Something CAN be done who ever is telling you nothing can be done is lying to you. Since they are saying they are going to do it again then their identities are known so all you need to do is go to the police and file a report and obtain a protection order. Once the protection order has been filed you recieve a copy and these people will be served their copy to them by the police and then after that if they come within 500 feet of you they are immediately arrested if you call the police. When they are arrested for violating the protection order there is manditory jail time.
