Just know that no one thinks badly of you...I'm with Byz on this...your treatment is not working whatever it is and it needs to be changed for your own benefit...
You are not a coward you as LynnP said are sick at the moment and need help...if things aren't improving maybe being treated as an inpatient would be the best thing for you?
