Is it normal to try to "control" them? Not let them say what they want to say sometimes? Keep a lid on things and not allow them to say really nasty things to paedophiles, to shout at them to die?

I have had times when I am fully aware of the voices and what they are saying and sometimes Megan and Julia want to come screaming out and literally attack someone phsyically literally it takes all of my strength to stop that from happening. And I don't know if there have been times when either of them have come out and done that...
