Thanks for replying even though you were busy. I am a very honest person and I did need help but the icon doesn't seem to work for me. I'm ok now though thanks Pegasus and also thanks to anyone who wanted to help but didn't know what to say.

I reckon not knowing the right thing to say happens a lot on internet forums.
