Am I doing something wrong????? HELP!!!
buying pads is kind of like buying a pair of shoes. they come in many brands and no brand labels, they not only come in various thicknesses, with sticky strips with sticky strips, with wings, no wings they also come in varying lengths. it takes time and experimenting to find the best fit. how I found my right fit was each month I bought a different pad. because I am horrible at remembering things each time I wrote it down and how it fit me or how it didnt. within 6 months I found my right fit that was the right thickness for absorbency I needed with my busy life, the right length to cover completely from front to back and the right width so I didnt feel like I was wearing a wad of cotton every time I walked.

Tampons work the same way they come in many brand names and no brand names, different absorbency levels, with applicators that may be cardboard, or plastic or no applicator, and come in various lengths. it takes experimenting and time to find the right fit for your body and lifestyle. I approached tampons the same way I did with pads and within just a few months I had my right fit.
