Oh I am really glad that you have this other person to be able to contact and get things moving. That caseworker needs the boot.
I agree on not reading up on things...I've been thinking about bed bugs since I read the posts on them and I've been itching like mad. I know I don't have them so I guess I'm going out in sympathy with you.
Those apartments sound like they should be condemned not lived in...but I hope that contacting your ex t helps and gets things moving for you...
