Being bisexual is not really about what you do or who you do it with. It's about who you're attracted to. If you have a definite sexual attraction to men and women, then you would fit the definition of a bisexual. If you performed these acts with women but aren't really attracted to them, then that could be due to a number of things like a manic episode or alcohol; but also experimentation, joking around, or just having fun. Usually performing an act does not 'turn you' gay/straight/bisexual. It just helps you realize whether you are or aren't. I've known quite a few women who have performed sexual acts with other women, but would be considered straight or with a strong male preference.
I'm also of the opinion that our current classifications for sexual orientations are very limiting. I know quite a few people who don't easily fit into any of these categories. I think that understanding yourself and your sexuality, and being comfortable with it, is more important than finding out what others would define you as. In the end, we're all quite a bit more complicated than a one sentence definition.
